Frank Wood
Frank Wood is the world's best-selling author of accounting textbooks. His books have sold several million copies. Frank Wood began his business life as a chartered accountant in public practice. After 14 years in accounting, he transferred to the world of education, lecturing at several different colleges on a full-time basis for 15 years. He then left education to concentrate on his work as an author, combining this with his chairmanship of two companies in the educational media field. He was Chief Examiner for several examining bodies with interests spread around the world.

Dr Lam Pun Lee
Dr Lam Pun Lee has served as an Associate Professor of Economics at the School of Accounting and Finance at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He has taught Economics for many years and brings a profound depth of experience to the subject. Dr Lam's research interests lie in regulatory economics, industrial organisation and public utilities policy. Dr Lam has also been involved in consultancy work and served as an expert witness. He has advised the HKSAR Government on telecommunications reform, energy policies and fare adjustment mechanisms for public transport. He has been a member of the Central Policy Unit's Business Environment Improvement Research Advisory Panel.

Dr Louis Cheng
Dr Louis Cheng is a Professor of Finance at the School of Accounting and Finance at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He serves as a member of the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal Panel from November 2013 to October 2016. He served as a Council member and a Trustee of the Pension Fund of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in January 2011 to February 2013. He was one of the founding Board members of The Institute of Financial Planners of Hong Kong since 1999 till 2006. Currently he is a member of the Examination Board of IFPHK and has been a CFPCM certificant since 2001. Dr Cheng has had 70 articles published in top finance research journals including the Journal of Finance. He was ranked among the top 10 finance professors in Asia Pacific in terms of research by articles in the Pacific Basin Finance Journal in 2001 and 2005. He has also served as a project consultant for various organisations including SFC, MPFA, HKEx, Charles Schwab, Value Partners and Agricultural Bank of China.

Dr Ricky Chan
Dr Ricky Chan is an Associate Professor of Management and Marketing at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He has over 20 years of teaching experience in the Hong Kong tertiary educational sector. His research interests lie in the behavioural characteristics of Chinese consumers, and strategic and management issues of firms operating in Chinese societies.

Dr Pak Cho Kan
Dr Pak Cho Kan is an Associate Professor of Business at the United International College in Zhuhai, China. His research interests lie in organisational management, human resources management and strategic management. He has many years of experience in business education and has taught various teacher-training programmes, including Certificate of Education, Bachelor of Education and Postgraduate Diploma of Education at the Hong Kong Institute of Education. Mr Simon Lee Siu Po
Mr Simon Lee Siu Po is a CPA and a financial columnist. He is currently a senior lecturer of Accounting and Finance at the School of Hotel and Tourism Management of the CUHK Business School. He taught at the School of Accountancy, CUHK, from 1999 to 2006 and at Hong Kong Baptist University from 2006 to 2008.

Mr Eric Lo Chi Chung
Mr Eric Lo Chi Chung obtained his master's degree in accounting and finance in Hong Kong. He is a co-author of the best-selling textbook, Frank Woods' Principles of Accounts for Hong Kong. Mr Lo has many years of experience teaching HKCEE and HKALE Principles of Accounts and HKDSE Business, Accounting and Financial Studies (accounting module) and serving as the subject panel head.
